In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.

My Question is: Do you prefer the beach or the pool for swimming?
I like the beach but the sand is a pain so if I had to choose I would choose to go to the pool.

i prefer my swimming water to be chlorinated! and see-thru! so, i'll have to pick the pool.
i'd rather go in a hot tub though if i have to go in water. i'm really not much into the swimming!!!
I prefer the beach water, especially in Hawaii!
I love the beach! But, the pool certainly has it's benefits too. I guess I like both!
I prefer to see what's around me - so definitely POOL!
But I love the view of the ocean, the waves - so you will find me there sometimes.
Got a pool in my backyard.
No sand...no mess. no really bad swim suits to look at...and my dog can swim with me!

My favorite place in the world is the beach but I prefer to actually swim in a pool.
Pool. I really don't like the salt water and sand.
A Pool. the beach is nice but the waves and jelly fish makes it hard to swim. laps in the pool is Ideal and music playing for exercise...My kind of Pool time.

I love the beach.
Pool -- it I can't see the bottom I'm not getting in.
It's a toss up. I like the beach at a small lake, that's nice and clean. I live right on Lake Michigan and that water is so polluted, I wouldn't swim in it.... so most of the time we end up at a pool.
Well where we live we don't have the beach but we have lakes, that you can see all the way to the bottom even when your out over your head (unless your in the middle, but eventhen you can see your feet when you jump in! So I def. prefer the lake!
Pool! I can't stand sand!
I do not have access to either, if I did, I would most definitely choose the beach!
Pool unless it's Cozumel or Aruba!
I'd much prefer the pool for swimming but the beach for the atmosphere and scenery.
Definitely the pool. I hate trying to get sand out of every part of me.
Definitely a pool person here. I have never really liked dealing with sand and dead fish floating.
I prefer the beach, but if I am in no mood for sand and crowds, I'll go for the pool. A nice, controlled environment. ;-)
Most definately the pool -I hate getting sand in all those "places".

I am not an ocean person. I love pools tho!
Well, for actual swimming I prefer the pool .. The ocean is wonderful but in order to swim you have to get far enough out where the water is infested with creatures AHHHH lol
